In these tours, designed to help elementary and junior-high students appreciate art, our staff leads a discussion in front of selected works in the museum. (Prior registration required.)

In our workshops, targeting school-age children, contemporary artists, educators, designers, and the museum staff offer participants an opportunity to become more familiar with contemporary art and museum activities through practical exercises and theoretical training. (Prior registration required.)

Our self-guided tours, based on a map designed for elementary and junior-high school students, help participants gain a better understanding of the works in the museum collection. The map can be used both by individuals and groups.

In our orientations (for groups of 130 people or less), we introduce an exhibition or the museum as a whole; and in our gallery talks (for groups of 40 or less), we lead discussions in front of specific works. For more information about these programs, designed primarily for elementary, junior-high, and high-school students, please contact the museum.
